DiscoverU hosts several family-facing engagement events throughout the year to support our students.  Volunteers are needed to help with set up & breakdown, welcome families, assist with logistics & student check in, take photos, man information tables, serve as runners, assist DiscoverU staff.  These events typically take place in February, October, and May.

We welcome volunteers at any time of the year to assist with operational tasks such as family outreach, clerical tasks, data entry, and any other back end support we can get!  If you have a skill--web design, accounting, marketing, language translation, Salesforce administration etc., we'd LOVE to have your help!

As a volunteer the FLO Alumni Summit's networking lunch, you will be asked to tell our students about yourself, your career, and how you got to the place you are now. Lunch will take place at a table of 7-8 students and 1-2 professionals, all interested in the same career field. This lunch allows an intimate setting for our students to ask questions and learn about the field without feeling intimidated.  Virtual mentoring options are available as well!
