Megan has over 20 years of experience helping international organizations achieve complex goals. Her expertise includes driving continuous improvement, implementing world-class processes, managing risk, leading multiple transformations, and handling challenging situations with confidence. Megan obtained an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and studied Accounting at Bucknell University in Pennsylvania. Megan is passionate about education with years of experience as a volunteer tutor. Through her life experiences of traveling and volunteering, Megan is very thankful for her life broadening experiences and is dedicated to helping students access Fantastic Learning Opportunities.

With over 20 years in the financial services industry, Francis is passionate about the clients he banks and the people that drive the success of his team. His expertise is in business development, credit, treasury services, investment banking, and asset management for residential and commercial mortgage originators, REITs, and mortgage servicers. He also has extensive experience serving clients the in oil and gas, utilities, and commodity trading industries.Francis received a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance and Bachelor’s degree in Business in Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. A native Houstonian, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, daughter, and three dogs.

Mudit is a Business Leader with Publicis Sapient responsible for their North American Energy and Commodities business. As a strategic and growth-oriented leader, Mudit has extensive global experience in business development, P&L management, organization building and growing new leaders. Mudit has a proven track record for leading large culturally diverse teams, creating a nurturing and productive work environment that encourages mutual respect and inclusion. Mudit holds a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore & is a forward thinker focused on building strong ties between the organization and the community, fostering the spirit of involvement and giving back amongst team members. Mudit has been an active volunteer in the public education space in Texas, drawing community and legislative attention to driving student centric outcomes. Mudit is an advocate for giving all students, regardless of their background, a well-rounded education, an opportunity to play to their potential and grow up to become responsible adults who can contribute back to society.

Lyn has over 20 years of experience at ExxonMobil in a variety of roles in sales and marketing, supply chain management, and financial planning. She has been part of the Houston community since 1998 after earning a Chemical Engineering from BYU. Her son is a Spring Branch ISD graduate now studying Actuarial Science at The University of Texas at Dallas. Her daughter is a student in Spring Branch ISD. Lyn has a rich history of volunteering in her community including serving as PTA Treasurer at both Valley Oaks Elementary and Spring Branch Middle School and currently serves as the Treasurer for the Memorial Chapter of National Charity League, as well as a leadership position in the Harris County Democratic Party. Through her volunteer experiences, Lyn has witnessed the disparity in opportunity based on background and is passionate about the work to achieve equity for all students.

VICTORIA ANDREWS

Learning, leading, and laughing are a few of Victoria passions and her role as Partner, Learning Design at Getting Smart, an organization focused on accelerating and amplifying innovations in education, allows her ample opportunity for each of them. Previously, she was the Assistant Director at Westchester Academy for International Studies, an International Baccalaureate School and guided students and staff through virtual and in person learning. She also served as a Dean at Energy Institute High School, a magnet school with a project-based learning focus on energy. During her time at Energy Institute High School, Victoria was the Discover U FLO Coordinator and matched students to experiential learning trips. Additionally, she developed an internship program for multiple grade levels, coordinated field trips, and collaborated with community and business partners. Victoria finds joy in serving diverse groups, facilitating growth opportunities, holidays with her family, traveling to distant lands, and scoring vintage clothing.

Throughout my life, I have been fortunate to receive guidance from exceptional mentors and coaches, and I am where I am today because of the opportunities and support I’ve received from others. I am committed to paying this forward, helping others maximize their potential by providing mentorship, resources, and guidance. This drive led me to establish a young alumni organization at my university, where I created a mentorship program that successfully connected students with internship opportunities, networking events, and the tools they needed for professional development. Professionally, Marc is an associate at Capstreet, having worked as an investment banking analyst at Benjamin F. Edwards, where he focused on M&A transactions across various sectors. Marc received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Lamar University.

Sineria works at Comerica Bank as Vice-President, External Affairs Market Manager and National Hispanic Business Development Manager. In her national role, Sineria supports Comerica’s ongoing commitment to strengthening relationships with Hispanic business leaders, entrepreneurs, and communities across its five primary markets of California, Texas, Michigan, Arizona and Florida. As External Affairs, Sineria is responsible for community reinvestments with priorities in small business, economic and workforce development; affordable housing; education including financial education; and neighborhood revitalization programs benefiting low to moderate-income individuals and communities. She has experience working across different industries in Marketing and Media, Insurance, Entrepreneurship, Education, and Non- Profit. Sineria is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.A. in International Studies and has a Master of Science in Project Management from St. Edward’s University.

Holly is a native Houstonian, proud Houston ISD alum, and mother of 3. She is currently a management consultant with McKinsey & Company where much of her work is in helping companies navigate culture transformations and action their Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion goals. Holly graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Economics and a BBA in Finance. She graduated from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with her MBA focused on entrepreneurship and social sector strategy. Holly was previously an Education Pioneers fellow with DiscoverU in 2016 and will be lifelong advocate for for the life-changing impact of FLOs.
